All clients are required to leave a credit card on file. We NEVER charge your credit card on file unless you've missed an appointment with no prior notice. Our system is encrypted and safe (we don't have access to your credit card information once entered onto the system).


Fees collected under this policy go to your service provider to compensate for income lost and are not meant as a punitive action but rather a form of recovery.⁠

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment reservation cost.

A no show, no call will result in a 100% charge of the appointment reservation cost.

We ask that you arrive on time for each appointment you book. We have the right to refuse service should you arrive late by more than 15 minutes. This is to ensure your technicians stay on schedule and tardiness does not affect other clients booked throughout the day.

If you are refused service due to tardiness. You will be expected to pay 100% of the reserved appointment service cost.


SkinLAB does not offer any refunds or cancellations for memberships once your first payment has been processed or your first service has been rendered whichever comes first. You are held responsible for all fees related to your membership until the end of your contract. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the services to any person and change its eligibility criteria at any time. If we reschedule we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled appointment.
